FDA Hits Back At Enviros Seeking Perchlorate Ruling

Law360, New York (July 11, 2016, 5:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration pushed back Friday at an attempt by health and environmental groups' to force the agency to decide whether to ban perchlorate, an FDA-approved food additive, telling the Ninth Circuit that the agency's time frame for ruling on their petition is entirely reasonable.
