Law360, New York (July 15, 2016, 1:37 PM EDT) -- Twenty-six self-insured companies that got the Sixth Circuit to vacate a $30 million settlement resolving class action antitrust claims against Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan earlier this month asked a Michigan federal court on Wednesday to allow them to intervene as the case proceeds on remand.
