Judge Upholds Order To Unseal GM Court Transcripts

Law360 (January 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- General Motors Corp. has lost a bid to keep under wraps court transcripts that the automaker claims could damage its reputation by revealing a preliminary finding that it fraudulently concealed the testing of an alternative car design from evidence in a motor vehicle liability case.
