Pa. Appeals Court Won't Ax Sunoco Pipeline Condemnation

Law360, New York (July 14, 2016, 8:08 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court on Thursday refused to disturb a decision dismissing challenges raised by three Cumberland County landowners to a Sunoco Inc. unit's efforts to condemn property along the route of its Mariner East 2 pipeline project, finding that it obtained a state regulator’s blessing to exercise eminent domain.
