CSX Workers Denied Class Status In FMLA Suit

Law360 (January 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has denied class status to two groups of employees of CSX Corp. Inc. in a suit accusing the railroad company of numerous violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, saying that the plaintiffs failed to establish that their allegations could have applied companywide.
