Plaintiffs Seek Lift Of Stay In McKesson Antitrust Suits

Law360 (January 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The San Francisco Health Plan and Connecticut have asked a court to lift its stay on their lawsuits accusing McKesson Corp. of conspiring to inflate the average wholesale price of drugs, now that the drug distributor has settled a related private-party litigation.
