Flying J Asks For Reprieve From FERC Proceeding

Law360, New York (January 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Flying J Inc. has asked a federal bankruptcy judge to stay proceedings in a lawsuit pending before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that the oil refining company claims distracts from its Chapter 11 reorganization efforts and will impair its assets.
