Frontier Airlines, Pilots Reach Labor Agreement

Law360 (January 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- By an overwhelming majority, the Frontier Airlines pilots union has voted to embrace a long-term labor agreement with the bankrupt carrier, moving the company one step closer to emerging from Chapter 11.

On Monday, an estimated 85 percent of the Frontier Airline Pilots Association opted to approve the deal, which will set forth wage and benefit concessions through December 2011.
