Calif. Sues Over Damages From Oil Spill

Law360, New York (January 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- California Attorney General Jerry Brown has fired off a lawsuit looking to recoup millions of dollars state agencies have spent to clean up a massive oil spill caused by a container ship that crashed into the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge in 2007.
