M&A Practice: Dechert

Law360 (January 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- As the capital markets limit the ability of firms to provide leverage for mergers and acquisitions activity, strategic investments are gaining prevalence in the current deals market, according to attorneys from Dechert LLP’s M&A practice group.
