Citigroup General Counsel Rejoins Cleary Gottlieb

Law360, New York (January 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- General counsel of Citigroup's Institutional Clients Group Edward F. Greene will return to his position as a partner in Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP's New York office.

Greene's practice will focus on on securities, corporate governance, regulatory, financial services reform and other corporate law matters.

“I am very pleased to be returning to the private practice of law among old and new friends and facing new and exciting challenges,” he said.
