E-Commerce Exec Sues SEC As Fraud Trial Nears

Law360 (January 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New York man has filed a $2 billion lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, accusing the agency of suppressing evidence, interfering with his e-commerce company's initial public offering and witness intimidation, less than a month before his trial in a securities fraud suit brought by the SEC is set to begin.
