Forever 21 Abused Discovery: Anthropologie

Law360, New York (January 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Anthropologie Inc. has accused Forever 21 Inc. of obstructing discovery in an ongoing federal copyright lawsuit by falsifying documents to protect company founder Jin Sook Chang.

In an endorsed letter sent to the court on Tuesday, Anthropologie counsel Duane Morris LLP claimed that the defendants had knowingly altered purchase orders to free Chang of liability.
