Akerman Senterfitt Scores DOJ Bankruptcy Vet

Law360 (January 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Akerman Senterfitt has boosted its bankruptcy capabilities, luring shareholder Keith N. Costa to its New York office from Pullman & Comley LLC.

Before joining Pullman & Comley, Costa spent over a decade with the U.S. Department of Justice, serving as a Chapter 11 Trustee and Examiner.

“I had a ringside seat for all corporate disasters in America from January 1990 through March 2001,” Costa told Law360.
