Suit Says Bus Service Forced Out Black Workers

Law360 (January 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Pace Suburban Bus has been hit with a complaint by three black ex-employees who claim they were subjected to harsher disciplinary measures than their white co-workers as part of a pattern of discriminatory treatment that ultimately forced them out of their jobs.

The three former bus operators filed their complaint against Pace on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, naming Pace and two individuals as defendants.
