Circuit City Courts Buyers As Clock Runs Down

Law360, New York (January 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Circuit City Stores Inc. has asked a bankruptcy court for permission to put the company up for sale, though if a buyer is not found by the end of next week, the company could be forced to liquidate.
