How Congress Is Rewriting Equal Pay Law

Law360 (January 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Over the last several months, the Employee Free Choice Act, the amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the new Famiily Medical Leave Act regulations, and the economic meltdown that has already precipitated more layoffs than this country has faced in recent memory, have generated enormous attention and analysis in labor/employment circles.
