Judge Tosses Heliport Case With Room For Revival

Law360, New York (January 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit accusing Air Pegasus Heliport Inc. of anti-competitive conduct at the West 30th Street Heliport in New York, but has given the plaintiff a chance to amend its complaint and keep the case alive.
