Fox & Hound, Champps Restaurant Chains Hit Ch. 11 Again

By Matt Chiappardi (August 10, 2016, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The owners of the Fox & Hound and Champps Kitchen & Bar restaurant chains filed for Chapter 11 protection in Delaware on Wednesday, roughly two and a half years after their previous parent also went through bankruptcy and sold the chains to junior lenders led by a Cerberus Capital Management LP unit.

In its filing, Last Call Guarantor LLC and several affiliates listed debts of up to $500 million against assets of up to $50 million, but did not file a detailed accounting of its capital structure as of late Wednesday afternoon.
