United Farm Workers Aims To Uproot H-2A Changes

Law360 (January 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The United Farm Workers union has asked a federal judge to stop the U.S. Department of Labor from implementing changes to the H-2A visa program, saying the changes would weaken protections for farmworkers available under the current statute.
