Mintz Levin Scoops Up Dreier Labor Group

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Another group of attorneys from now-bankrupt Dreier LLP have found shelter, calling Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC their new home in the wake of the fraud scandal that engulfed founder and sole equity partner Marc Dreier and led to his firm's collapse.

On Wednesday, Mintz Levin revealed that it had plucked six employment, labor and benefits attorneys from Dreier, including Richard H. Block, Andrew J. Bernstein and David R. Lagasse, to join the firm's New York office.
