Trustee Stands Tough In Objection To Lazard Fee

Law360 (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing Northwest Airlines Corp.’s Chapter 11 proceedings has reiterated her objection to a $3.25 million fee request made by Lazard Freres & Co., saying the firm failed to prove that an enhanced payout was warranted.
