Law360, San Francisco (August 30, 2016, 7:09 PM EDT) -- Healthbox Global Partners LLC on Monday dropped its trademark lawsuit against Under Armour Inc. that alleged the outerwear company's new electronic fitness tracker infringed on the health care consulting company's "Healthbox" mark.
The move comes a month after a Delaware federal judge rejected Healthbox Global's bid for a preliminary injunction against Under Armour, finding that it was not likely that Under Armour's new product would cause brand confusion among consumers or unfairly dilute the Healthbox trademark.
