FLSA Collective Action Against Edison Can Proceed

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A technical specialist for Southern California Edison Co. has received the green light to bring a collective action against California's largest electric utility for allegedly misclassifying certain specialists as exempt.
