GM Working To Bring Closure To Delphi Bankruptcy

Law360 (January 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- General Motors Corp. is actively engaged in talks with bankrupt Delphi Corp., aiming to help the supplier resolve its financial woes alongside the automaker's own restructuring efforts.

GM President and Chief Operating Officer Fritz Henderson said Thursday that his company is working to tie its efforts to help Delphi emerge from Chapter 11 together with making sure its own overhaul is completed.
