Rising Sea Level Threatens US Coastal Cities: EPA

Law360 (January 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- As the newly installed Obama administration seeks to bring greater awareness to climate change, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and other agencies have issued a report showing that rising sea levels are posing an increasing threat to U.S. coastal cities, particularly from New York to North Carolina.
