7th Circ. Upholds 5-Yr. Sentence For Waste Co. Exec

Law360, New York (January 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appellate court has affirmed a five-year prison sentence for the former president of a now-defunct liquid industrial waste treatment company who was convicted in 2007 of concealing elevated levels of chemical discharges into Indiana’s Wabash River.
