House Panel To Mull BPA Ban In Baby Products

Law360 (January 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Amid rising concerns over the controversial chemical's safety, a congressional committee is set to consider one of two bills that would impose a ban on bisphenol A for use in food or drink containers for young children.
