Chrysler Slammed With Class Action Over Pickups

Law360, New York (January 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A proposed class action has been filed against Chrysler LLC accusing the automaker of manufacturing defective Dodge diesel pickup trucks that cause sudden and unexpected engine stalls, creating a significant risk of personal injury.
