Ex-Berkeley Law Dean Sues School Over Discipline Bias

Law360, Los Angeles (September 15, 2016, 10:19 PM EDT) -- The former dean of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law lodged a discrimination suit in California federal court on Thursday accusing the school’s leadership of heaping extra punishment on him in a sexual harassment disciplinary proceeding while letting white offenders off the hook.
