Law360, Washington (September 23, 2016, 8:33 PM EDT) -- An Illinois food-reseller accused the Washington legislature of “pulling the rug” out from under it by retroactively applying statutory amendments stripping the company of its tax-exempt status, telling the U.S. Supreme Court the move was an unconstitutional violation of due process.
