The Impacts Of Calif. V. Continental

Law360, New York (January 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- On Jan. 5, 2009, the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, issued an important new decision regarding the “stacking” of policy limits: State of California v. Continental Insurance Company, No. E041425 (Super. Ct. No. 239784).
