Judge Sets Aside $11M In Late Madoff Investments

Law360 (January 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two businessmen who invested with Bernard L. Madoff just days before he was arrested and accused of masterminding the largest Ponzi scheme in history had a total of $11 million set aside last week from the pool of money that was recovered for investors.
