Enron Attorneys Settle SEC Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (January 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has settled a lawsuit against two former in-house attorneys of now-defunct Enron Corp. over their alleged roles in the massive accounting fraud at the energy company.

The SEC announced Monday that Judge Kenneth Hoyt, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, has entered final judgment against Jordan H.
