Calif. Board's Actions On Goodrich Cleanup Nullified

Law360, New York (January 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A court has ruled that the California State Water Resources Control Board improperly accepted jurisdiction over a matter concerning the cleanup of a contaminated site previously owned by Goodrich Corp., requiring the board to revisit more than a year's worth of actions related to the cleanup.
