Class Certified In Antitrust Suit Against Travelers

Law360, New York (January 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a case alleging that Travelers Property Casualty Insurance Co. unlawfully overcharged Ohio residents for homeowners insurance coverage, a federal judge has allowed for the substitution of a new lead plaintiff for a portion of the suit, clearing the way for certification of a class.
