Law360, New York (October 4, 2016, 5:06 PM EDT) -- A former employee of Silicon Valley firm Frontier Technology Venture Capital has filed a proposed class action suit in California state court accusing her ex-employer of lowering personnel costs by stiffing workers on their last paychecks.
Worker Katie Fanelli on Friday accused the firm, which recently rebadged itself from Rothenberg Ventures Management Company LLC, of running a "lucrative, repressive and unlawful" scheme to save money by firing employees and refusing to pay them money owed.
