Antitrust Division To Release 100 Amnesty Letters

Law360 (January 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division has agreed to release 100 redacted amnesty letters to shipping company Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group Ltd. as part of a settlement that puts to rest the two parties' long-running Freedom of Information Act dispute.
