Texas Plastics Biz Wins $5M From Competing Ex-Execs

By Jess Krochtengel (October 6, 2016, 6:28 PM EDT) -- A Texas trial judge has awarded plastics manufacturer Inhance Technologies LLC more than $4 million as a reasonable royalty from two former executives who launched a competing business and enjoined the competitor from using trade secret information, in what attorneys say is a ruling of first impression.
