Judge Pares Cleanup Claims Against Genesco

Law360 (January 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a host of environmental claims from a lawsuit brought by a town on New York's Long Island against Genesco Inc. and Gordon-Atlantic Corp., but has kept a Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act claim and certain indemnification claims in play.
