Marci Rozen On Thursday, Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler released a fact sheet summarizing the agency’s proposed final rule on broadband privacy. The fact sheet suggests that, contrary to the proposals set forth in the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM), the final rule might be consistent with existing Federal Trade Commission privacy precedent.
