Law360 (January 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Let’s assume the obvious: as a result of the impending Federal stimulus package, national security concerns, environmental conservation issues and the various actions already taken by a number of state and local governments, major future developments will be either LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or incorporate green principles.

The next step is to consider how these projects will be developed. The elements which make these projects green or LEED will require (and cause) altered relationships in development teams.
