Conn. Bolsters Suit For Stricter Ban On Phthalates

Law360, New York (January 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The state of Connecticut has received the go-ahead to file an amicus curiae brief in support of a lawsuit filed by consumer advocacy groups demanding that the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission more strictly enforce a ban on plastic toys containing phthalates that is set to go into effect in early February.
