SunEdison Creditors Say They're Being Kept In The Dark

Law360, New York (October 27, 2016, 5:05 PM EDT) -- SunEdison unsecured creditors demanded Thursday that the beleaguered renewable energy giant begin immediately filing financial reports for business units that are not currently in bankruptcy, saying in a New York federal court filing that creditors can’t determine the value of the debtor’s estate.
