SunEdison Asks To Keep Creditors At Bay In Ch. 11

Law360, New York (October 28, 2016, 7:28 PM EDT) -- SunEdison asked a New York bankruptcy judge Thursday to extend until at least mid-February the period in which the renewable energy giant can exclusively file a plan of reorganization, saying it needs breathing room to sort out what it will do with its publicly traded yieldcos and a recently filed creditor lawsuit.
