Insurer Off The Hook For Trade Dress Settlement

Law360 (February 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has upheld a lower court's ruling that United National Insurance Co. does not need to cover the cost of a settlement in a trade dress infringement suit involving rival diet drink companies.
