Airline Blasted Over Brazilian Crash Deposition

Law360 (February 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A discovery dance among defendants in the suit over a deadly 2007 TAM Airlines crash has gotten nasty as the plane’s manufacturers have asked a federal judge to force TAM to provide details about the accident.

Potentially liable for the crash, which killed 199 passengers, Airbus North America Customer Services Inc., Goodrich Corp. and IAE International Aero Engines AG asked the court to compel answers to a deposition that went awry last month.
