Antitrust Claims Stand In Suit Over Mich. Concert Deal

Law360 (February 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has allowed the owners of a Michigan arena to proceed with antitrust claims against a Grand Rapids convention authority, alleging that the authority struck an unfair deal with concert production company Live Nation Inc. in an attempt to monopolize the region’s concert industry.
