Bhopal Case May Be Mediated By Sept. 11 Lawyer

Law360 (February 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The special master who oversaw the federal compensation fund for victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in New York has offered to serve as a mediator in another high-profile case in New York alleging that thousands of people in Bhopal, India, were harmed by drinking water polluted by a Union Carbide Corp. pesticide plant.
