Judge Stays Rambus DRAM Suits After Del. Ruling

Law360, New York (February 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Delaware federal court decision last month has prompted a California district judge to hit the brakes on Rambus Inc.’s consolidated patent infringement litigation, scheduled for trial Feb. 17, against several manufacturers of dynamic random access memory technology.
